Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, after quitting gymnastics. At the age of 17 She was awarded her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. She earned her Pro Card only one year later and was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her professional card in order to further her education. Her return to competition in 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. By the time 2009 ended, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the competition. In the summer of 2016, she won named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. This is made up of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs with a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as sitting rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel will also make use of every minute. The supersetting of all exercises back into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
