Annmarie Fairweather has been the Human Resources Chief at Learning Ally since 2008. She manages our entire practices for Human Resources, People Management and Talent Management as well as Culture Development. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years in the field of Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of leaders to achieve business goals, especially in times of rapid change and growth. As a consultant in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for companies and plans have been a part of organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. She's passionate about learning, and believes that the development of teams and leaders as the key competitive advantages. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and mentored managers who have shown success and results. Her experience has helped develop cultures which promote innovation in learning as well as positive changes for both individuals and teams. Annmarie devotes her time and energy to Learning Ally, but she is also involved in several other non-profit organizations. In the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has committed the time and energy she has in support of Learning Ally's work.
